At least jetspinner is free. It's quite slow and tedious to spin manually, but the spun articles make sense.
the best one i have found and currently use is Thebestspinner.com i signed up for the $7 7 day trial 3 weeks ago and bever paid the full subscription 7 days later and im still able to use it.
