Good and flexible web/graphics designer needed

    Ok heres the deal. Im looking for a good quality web designer to make a template for a law firm.

    What is required:
    * Professional page layout design according to my specifications
    * A nice and stylish flash banner created to my satisfaction
    * PSD to be sliced but not coded
    * Two mock layouts to be made first, then one will be chosen. Suggestions will be made, and further revisions will be done
    * Mocks to be made in 48 hours, revisions will need to be made within 24 hours

    Apply only if you are flexible and patient web designer. Im sick of those who take jobs and come back two days later complaining about the amount of work and revisions.

    I am happy to pay premium for a good designer.

    Oh, and the designer must bear in mind that it will be coded for Joomla and should have an understanding of basic joomla requirements.
