Good american webhosts(apart from asmallorange)

I was about to buy an account on asmallorange but they said that

Does this mean that I can register tomorrow or do I have to wait more than 4 days? In such case I need another american(american hosts gives a better rank in google) webhost.

Any good suggestion?

I believe they all do. Spry requires that you fax in a form authorizing automatic withdrawls for Paypal account security.
