    Lead or CPA is basically referred when a visitor does an action such as downloads free software, signup for free services or request quote from insurance or any other type of service and mostly CPA offers are free for visitor.

    Cost per sale is different their a visitor has to buy product and then it converts to webmaster

    I believe all of them are good and if you can get account in valueclick you can earn good money they are one of the best cpm network

    If you have good Asia or India traffic try edomz

    The revenue may have to do with the positioning of your ads. You'll have to drive results for the network (clicks/leads/sales) so they can offer you a better CPM. Most of the networks have a period of optimization when they test different ads to see what converts best so you may want to give them some time before dropping them. But do search for reviews about an ad network before trying them out.

    Also, why not sell some links on your site?

    my advice for you make your site by wordpress is more easy and it has more plugins & the best adve... network is adsense but you must read terms and rules very well also how to save your adsense from click fraud or invalid clicks you must have special experience :) have a nice day dear

    Please do not use CPA offer if you are from Asian country. This will just decrease your website traffic. Adsense is really best. But when they ban the adsense account don't know.
