(This is not about PPC advertising - hence I've posted here) I'm planning to place adverts. on a couple of small sites and am seeking a reputable broker or agency. The ads. can be banners, buttons or text. Ideally I'm seeking a broker/agency that places ads. for $x for y months (no click-throughs or impressions) pays me (the publishing site) through PayPal (preferrably) allows the rel="nofollow" attribute within the anchor < a > tag.
