Good Ad Provider for Pop-Unders

Does anybody know of a good company that provides Pop-Under ads for publishers?

My site traffic is evenly split between the USA, Latin America and Western Europe, with about 750 visitors a day. So ideally it would be an Ad network that provides ads to those markets.

with your 750 visitors you could make ~ $4 per day with layer/popup combo ads

adbrite has a pop under program that pays decent but they and most pop under/pop up programs usually pay per 1000 impressions.

Are you sure? I already have an account with them and it appears they only have a choice of banners, full page ads, and inline text.
