    Why are you selling this site?
    i don't have time to manage it anymore

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    This website got a very high quality premium domain.
    The domain itself without the website worth $,$$$

    This website rank was 400k few years ago,

    It was making money through premium accounts & adsense.

    I closed the website few years ago due to the lack of time. and it was closed for the past 3-4 years

    So it got no traffic and of course no revenue for now.

    This website got very high potential and Its a wonderful investment.
