    Hello,

I have 1 month old micro niche site. I did some backlinking for a month (around 25 backlinks per day) and my serps went up in google and yahoo and I managed to get to page #1. Now I have been gone from serps in google, and im around page #75. And I'm completely gone from Yahoo, furthermore my site does not even index in yahoo... What should I do?

thats very common with new sites. at the beginning search engines get new sites some extra credit, later on its usual just like others.
you need to build backlinks, work on content etc, it would get back on track soon.

So basically you think that it will get back to his previous position? My site has been gone from serps for about week now. I have continued building backlinks and nothing has been changed. But I will keep doing what I do, and I really hope that it will come back in less time.

For me it seems like a penalty, since my site has dropped to the last position in google search. my MAIN ranking keywords are basically gone from serps, less ranking keywords are at the same place or even better.

Have you checked your site with duplicate content issues. Because after the Google Panda update many sites are getting disappeared from SERPs. Also do consider canonicalization.

Some of the safest ways to test if you were penalized is to search for your brand name, given you have one and you're not using some generic keyword phrase for it. If you don't rank for it, not even in the top 20 results, then you definitely have been penalized.

Also, enable Google Webmasters tools and check for flags or messages
