Selling Golf Shot Video Site - 78 Videos, WordPress, Plugins, Genesis Framework

I'm looking to get rid of a site that my friend was supposed to help me with but never did. He's the golfer, I'm not. I have no interest or time to work on a Golf site.

This site is custom built on WordPress and the Genesis Framework. Currently contains 78 videos from Youtube. To post videos, simply copy and paste the YT video URL to the post and the video is automatically embedded. The thumbnail is grabbed and attached to the post also.

There's a Facebook page and twitter account that are included of course. (prob not many followers, but some, and they are real people, not paid to follow)

I attached screenshots of Adsense and Analytics that cover from Jun 2009 to Jul 2011.

I know Golf is a popular high paying topic online, this could be a good money maker for the right person, which isn't me, but possibly you.
