Selling Golf Niche site ( hot ladies of golf) - Unique Content

This is a site i started and other projects came along and i now don't have the time and interest anymore to keep up with it. This is a great part of the golf niche that has yet to be overrun so with a little seo work can really gain some high rankings.

All of the written content on the site is unique.


Site is already well indexed and seeing some solid search engine traffic , with a little more seo work this site should see a nice PR rating on the next update. Site is getting hits from some solid keywords already and just need a little more time and effort for it to really take off, screen shots below will show traffic details.


Just added adsense to the site this month so have no adsense earnings history but the golf niche pays fairly well overall and with the solid traffic already and a little more promo work by the new owner should prove to be a nice adsense generating site. With golf season getting into full swing this is a great time to grab this site.
