Selling Golf Club Site For Sale & Ready To Go - Mini Adsense Site - Pagerank 2

Today I am putting up a small website for sale. I never establish websites if they don't have potential to make a nice income stream. This website definitely has potential. However, when you see me put a website for sale here, it means I don't have time to run it

This website is a Golf Club website, running on a CMS platform known as Wordpress. The website has a 100% custom made design, with a unique logo/header.

The domain name holds a Pagerank of 2. I purchased the domain from someone here on DP a while back.

I established the site, placed a few PLR articles and left it alone. Ever since I set it up, I just let it run. I did not do any marketing. Regardless, it has been getting traffic on a daily basis. Nothing big, but it still does get traffic.

The website is installed using a adsense optimzed wordpress theme. But I did not install adsense on it. I can help the new owner install adsense if they want.

As you can see, the website was setup this month and is already receiving traffic consistently.

With this sale I will include 30+ more PLR articles to be used in the website for the new owner.

Other than that. That is all I have to say about the website.

I am willing to transfer the wordpress site to your own web host for free. The reserve is low for a pre-built website, with proof of traffic and pagerank. Its lower than you think
