I own the following domain names; goldencoastestates.com - 7.5 years old never dropped, PR 1 (1 page site) goldencoastestates.net goldencoastestates.co.uk goldencoastestates.info goldencoastestates.org goldencoastestates.biz goldencoastestates.tv goldencoastestates.mobi Is it worth selling these as a package or split them up? What would I expect to get to sell them together?
I noticed that goldencoastestates.com is a developed site. Are you wanting a site appraisal? If so, traffic & revenue.
Do not split them up under any circumstances. It's not a bad little collection there, sure ok, they're a bit long winded, but some real estate company somewhere I'm sure will take this lot off your hands in one go as a package, for which I think you will gain a higher price. Many countries have their gold coast areas. This package ought to have quite wide appeal. Separate them and you'll injure their overall value, keep them together and sell them as one lot. Selling them all together price: Ok, off the top of my head, I could see someone parting with about $3,500 - 5000 which would be cheap enough to them. They'd only need to shift a couple of condo rentals or one home for all of them to pay for themselves. If you do negotiate with someone some day, start high and come down if you have to. Wish you every success with these. Best regards. Mark Magawr
Thanks Mark Before posting here I posted them on afternic for $5,000 so i think we are thinking on the same level. I also got afternic to make an appraisal for the .com only and they estimated $1,400 solely for goldencoastestates.com, so its not bad at all. I agree with keeping them together it simply add more value as a package for a serious company and yes, a real estate company could probably make good use of the domain(s). htmlindex, the site is only a holding page with a property search in an iframe but the page is a PR2 anyway. i could probably add additional value if I seo,d the site a little I guess. Thanks everyone for their comments so far.
Yes, in Australia there is a Gold Coast but for marketing Golden Coast sounds just as good. I think if I had goldcoastestates.com I would be looking at a little more money.
