Just add filter to all those sites which are made just for making money via adsense. whenever you write any keyword on google, you will see adsense adds on left boder. In these sites half are those sites which are not high paying. These sites are just adds for getting clicks on their adsense adds. Your job is to search for these sites and get them filtered. In this way these sites will not be shown on your site. Your earnings will be increased remarkably.
Your golden tip sucks. You filter out one MFA ad and 20 more takes their place, and they pay even less than the guy you filtered out (why do you think they're waiting in line behind him?). Instead of wasting time running around trying to figure out which site is an MFA, build better sites with better quality content and earn even more money.

I've tried filtering & not filtering ads. To be honest it's hard to say what works, filtering your ads means that someone might not see an adsd they *might* have clicked on, then filtering your ads may increase your earnings... Bit of a double edged sword really.
Filter when you know 100% that the site owner is paying just a few cents.. how to know that? well, ask him
