Going to start hosting business Please advice ?

I am going to launch web hosting service from this month. I buy a dedicated server with following Specifications

Dual Core Intel
2 GB RAM
Hard Drive: 500GB x 2 [ 1 for Back Up ] [ 500GB for sale ]
1 TB of Bandwidth

Want to put following Rules

Warez Linking Allowed
Nulled Script Allowed
Adult Sites Allowed

and

Rapidleech Not Allowed
Torrentflux Not Allowed
Warez hosting Not Allowed
Child porn Not Allowed
Proxys Not Allowed
Image hosting sites Not Allowed


I want to keep my clients happy and satisfied So Please advice me about Prices and Policies. I see many host but not doing good thats why I decide to come and Put my services for webmasters like me.

Please help me to create Hosting Plans. If you are using any host please share you experience Here so that I could come to know how a client becomes satisfied. I have lots of offers and packages for you

First of off learn Grammer and Spelling if your going to do support (No Offence)
Buy an Offshore Dedicated Server if you are going to allow those rules...
Make sure it is 100mb + connection

then find a Nether Land Dedicated Server.

Never get any dedicated server from USA for providing illegal service

Honk Kong based server is always a good option when allowing Warez-type sites.

 

But Hong Kong based servers are much expensive. ? A most of webmasters can not afford.

 

I would suggest you just use normal hosting plan such as 1G storage and 10GB BW for $1/month.
On the other hand,do let the customer customize the plan as they want.

it should not be hard to find clients; except adult those don't take much diskspace, so something like Mentos suggested would be fine I think.

I would advice to stay away from adult contents
have fare business with quality contents
do no jump to dedicated server initially go with some reseller plan,expand as your business expands

 

reseller plans first before dedicated. the price for dedicated is pretty high.

Having a reseller account will let you play around and test the water and know the industry better. You can always buy dedicated servers later.

Just my 2 cents.

 

Most resellers won't allow warez links / nulled though which is his USP.

 

u need to review various hosting plan, what people offer now a days.

 

also dont over sell anything

 

The only things I care about in a web host is always online fast connection and good support. I don't really care about the space/bandwidth (but those might be good for marketing purposes).
