I consider using the traffic of my Wordpress themes site www.wpmix.com to sell my own eBook. With 200 unique visitors daily (70% from Google for WP themes keywords) I think I could sell at least 1-2 ebooks daily. The price of the ebook could be $10-$20. However, my problem is the subject of the eBook. I think a kind of guide on how to make money online would be the best option. Maybe some affiliate programs tips - e.g. tips on how to make money with Bluehost or Hostgator. What do you think? Could this work? Or don't you have any idea on the subject of my eBook that would sell best on my WP themes related site? People who are looking for free Wordpress themes ususally want to make money online. I think an ebook that is related to wordpress would sell best if your gonna sell it on wpmix as you are getting targeted traffic from Google and people would more likely to purchase. Perhaps offering a free ebook first to your visitors (may include affiliate links) where they have to enter there email to download, use the email list in the future to promote your "premium" ebook. Expose a free ebook first like "How to Market Your Wordpress Site," you can find tons of free resources on marketing and give it a trial, if you get results, maybe start to sell ebooks. No harm in trying and testing the waters, but don't put so much time and effort at first as you may not get results you expect further down the line.
