Going rate for Online Flash Game designers?

I'm curious, I own www.GameFrat.com and I think it's that time I start thinking about paying people to make me games. Thing is i'm not sure what the going rate is.

If you're going to pay/sponsor a flash game, the rate ranges from $ 100 - 1200, depends on how addicitive the game is.
