    Hello

I have this question about my site. My competition in google has domain that
is registered in 1997 also they have premimum listing and many languages. I
have all the same info they do + several thousand pages more content that
is absolutely unique and very well written. What is the fastest possible time
i can rank No. 1, with this much much better site if i do it all right? I'm going
to advertise heavily and get many many backlinks from pr 7, 6, 5 and 4,
maybe even few 8 and 9. So what is your opinion, how fast is it possible to
rank No. 1 past this premimum site that now ranks No. 1 with solid good
content, remember that my content is better + i have much more of it.

Any estimations if all goes right? I was thinking about one year, what do
    you think?

It's impossible to say because there are too many variables out of your control (and awareness).

depends largely initially on if the domain you have has a history e.g been indexed by google , if it does i get pages indexed every week and take out or equal competitors, with handwritten content.

Do what your competitor do :)

Buy or find more relative links for your site
There are some sites that sells links
    ex: http://www.text-link-ads.com

    hmm... competition is 9yrs old..

One way to look at it is:
Lets say your site is 1yrs old thus when you as a human were 1 how much did u know vs when you were 9..

Your need to think of how to compete with 8yrs linkage (note 8 and not 9 ;) )

A move like that could land you in the sandbox if your site is new so I would move carefully and at a steady pace.

Stay ahead of the game by knowing the topic of SEO by reading blogs, news and anything else that is Seach Engine related.

Also know your competition and learn as much as possible about their site, structure and anything else they may do to stay at #1. Usually the first thing I do is setup a Google Alert to watch their site, go to:

    http://www.google.com/alerts

    Setup and alert using:
    Search terms: link:www.yourcompetitiondomain.com/ & site:www.yourcompetitiondomain.com/
    Type:web
    How often: as it happens.

Once you set that up Google will email you an alert when your competition has a backlink reconised in their index or when one of their pages enters the Google index. You will be amazed at what info this can pull in.

If your SEO is extremely effective, maybe a year. If you give me the site name of the highest competitor i'll check it out and tell u how easy i think they can be beaten.
