I had created new blog "blog.powerbrainsolutions.com" 2 weeks ago but none of my post/page is indexed by goggle yet. Can anyone explain why? and what I have to do to get my posts/page indexed.

I think XML site map of the blog will solve your indexing problem of your blog site. Also add some fresh and unique content on your blog site.
you should check some basic seo work for your website try to create a sitemap for your website then submit to google

Your using worpdress, so use the google xml sitemap plugin to do this quickly. Also, you can speed up the speed of indexing by using this: ismysiteindexed.com Enter the address of the new site, then right click->open every link.
You need to wait for sometime as its a new blog. Google may take around 1 months for new sites. Concentrate on yor backlinks now.
your blog is indexed on April 7th....so keep on updating fresh content in your blog..you will get good result.........
initially it will take some time to get indexed. If you regularly promote your blog, you will be able to see indexing frequently .
