Godaddy's not letting me to get the domain

Last nite i just bought two domains from dp, as the user pushed the domains to me and from last nite till now i'm getting error while i want to Change account ownership. After the image security verfication i get this error.

I've contacted the support but no reply from them yet .
I will loose the money as well as the domains.
What am I supposed to do now???

And just now i've read another thread in here that they have some problems with asian countries, i'm in pakistan .

 

Have you clicked the link to verify your account information? I doubt you have lost anything, just be patient.

I just got the Security image verfication, i've entered the correct image numbers and letters then after that i got that problem.

 

There is a link on the error page that asks you to update you information. I suggest doing so.

 

Yeah i did that but it still gives me that error .

I'm actually having trouble right now moving a couple of domains I've sold FROM GoDaddy.

 

Ah its ok now i got the domains.
The problem was with goaddy's shopping cart.
Here is the message from the support

I dont have any other Dp id. Shakir is my uncle. We are using same godaddy and other accounts. Mods can check it though

 

Oh I see...maybe I transacted with your uncle sometime ago...so I remember his name.
