Hello all. I've almost always paid for my own personal email accounts for years. Up until recently, for the past several years I've used mailsnare.net, but they have been getting worse and worse it seems, with frequent mail delays and other issues. Now realize that though my main account is via a paid service like mailsnare.net, I also have several free accounts, essentially all forwarding to the main account, like ones through Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc. I'm looking to change paid services for my main, but this time with using my own domain. Based on my research, GoDaddy (where I currently have my domains), 1&1, Google Apps, and RunBox are all viable paid personal email services. But which one is best, or is there a better one? I'm not looking for web hosting, just strictly emails. Basically, I need solid uptime, great support options, fast email sending/receiving, IMAP support, custom domain support, large enough space and attachment size, virus/spam protection, webmail access, possible email forwarding option, etc. I'd also prefer to pay on an annual basis, probably not over $50 (unless there's some outstanding other features included). So based on what you know, which do you think is best for me? I haven't heard much on 1&1, and only a few reports on GoDaddy saying there's some issues with IMAP, also usually good reports on the free Gmail (though I want the paid), and nothing really for RunBox. Thanks for the help.
