godaddy slow today or its just me?

few hours ago i was able to load my sites in ~10secs, now it takes to load 2mins without any graphics. so its me only?

 

Proly alot of activity or something. Sh** happens. nothing you can do about it. normally godaddy hosting is fine. also it may have been YOUR bandwidth was being used up downloading something.

 

happens all the time with shared hosting. maybe someone try some bad scripts at his site. but should not take too long. temporary only.

 

Seems all well on my sites, could be all the new customers they got from their Superbowl advertisements.

If you are using shared services and you've had an account for a while, you might open a new shared account to get a different server -- some of the old shared servers have 4,000+ websites on them.

Otherwise, it is likely only temporary.

GoDaddy.com is notorious for being slow.
They are the low end hosting solution.

According to this tool only 166 sites are hosted on my server.

I've contacted godaddy's customer support and they told me it's time-of-day issue and that I need to call them when this happens.

Yesterday wasn't that slow, so I'll see if those spikes happens often I'll move to another hosting.
