Godaddy Scammed ME ???

Okay, i found a few NLL.Net domains dropped today.

I added 3 of them to my cart and registered them, but only 2 of them appeared in my account. The third one doesn't appear, when i checked its whois it showed it got registered by someone else at the same time.
The problem is that godaddy charged me for that, it charged me for 3 .net domains, but i got only 2.

    What to do now?

I contacted their support.. Can i sue Godaddy for this?

I had the same problem with godaddy once before. They claimed the website domain they sold me was actually never for sale in the first place. Database error or something. They refunded my money and basically just said sorry.

They will just issue you a refund, they will most likely have something in their T&C to cover their butt in a situation like this.

I've had this happen with 1and1 - I purchased a domain name but they phoned me a day later to confirm I was a real person/who I said was and then they went ahead to register it. By the time they had phoned me someone else had registered it. I was iffy about using them in the first place but had a coupon :/ ALl it did was confirm that even though it was cheap, it wasn't worth it.

I don't think it is worth suing for one domain name. They will refund your money after you contact them, but I don't think they will give you the domain name back if someone got to it before you did.

They should issue you a refund if you ask. If they don't you could initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. Trying to sue them for more than the cost of the domain probably wouldn't get you far.

Ask for a refund is the only thing you can do right now.
