Is it true that you can't push a domain if you just acquire it for less than 60 days. Meaning if you bought a domain from someone, you have to wait 60 days before you can sell it to other buyer. I want to know if this is true.

Before 60 days, you can't transfer your domain to another registrar ;)
So thats why you can sell it, i think so.
But you can sell it by give them all your current information to control your domain. But by myself i have worry about this case. Because they can access your billing information.
    ;)

This is the security measurement they implemented to prevent fraud.
    Image this scenario.
If a person GD account got hacked.
The hacker will use the account to buy lot of domain then push it to the hacker domain name account at other registrar.
If GD implement 60 day rules, the hacker can't transfer it.

mentos is right, it is for security measures. You should still be able to push it to another godaddy account though, correct? Most every webmaster has a GoDaddy account I would imagine since GoDaddy is by far the most popular registrar.
