godaddy rate how much?

    if i buy domain from godaddy and host my website on it how much it will cost per year?how many sub domains i can get?I want to build personal blog.

    the hosting there is not that fast.
    for blog site, you not only need fast server, also need a fast mysql server.

    godaddy mysql is on remote machine. this will cause extra delay. and their email server limit to 255 emails sending per day. you will having trouble if you want to inform user on new reply on comment.

    so, take a look at hostgator, bluehost or even lunarpages (14k email per day).

    You can use a coupon and get your domain from GoDaddy for $7 and get great hosting from me, with unlimited mysql databases, subdomains, email address, etc. for $5 a year :). So $12 a year!
