Try to get more backlinks, it will sure increase your ranking. Also submit your sites to social bookmark, it's another good way to get traffic too.

Good concept! For the template, it's a bit plain.. why not use a green/orange colorscheme to match go-daddy's site?
Well for me the template just a plain one. BTW nice blending of ads. For traffic try to build content not just linking to other sites for pr. Visitors seeks content. Get your blog listed in directories for extra backlinks and traffic. Try to add blog rolls. posts comments on other's blogs. Thats all. have a nice day
