Godaddy - Pending Account Change

    Hi,

This has never happened to me before.. anyway my site was working fine until about 9:00PM last night when users suddenly started getting "403 forbidden" errors when trying to enter the site. I go check my hosting account with godaddy and I see "Status: Pending Account Change" when I go and check the site through FTP all my files are gone... the whole directory is empty. I go and check my email to see if this was scheduled or something and I receive this email.

Problem with that is that its indicating that the content is already moved but won't show on the site until a later time. But like I said when I checked my ftp all files are gone. What do I do? I already emailed them about it, no response yet. What happens if they deleted everything? This is really annoying.

Any insight to this would be great.

I do... lol I guess that was mistake #1. I just got a response and they say its "still" processing and it will take 24-48 O.O I guess I have to wait.

I host with Godaddy for one of my sites and I don't know why everybody whines about them, I really haven't had any problems (but it's a simple Joomla site).

Anyways, I would suggest waiting 24 hours, and if your website/files are still not showing up by then, call the 24-hour tech support number. I made a small change to my account one time and it got "stuck" and never finished processing. I waited 24 hours (even though most of their changes takes minutes) and then called support that fixed the problem....

Thanks for the advice.. nothing else I can really do but wait anyway. Only thing I hate was there was no warning..

I'm currently having that issue. How long does it take usually to resolve it?
