Namecheap is best for me, all my domains are there, they provide a good Free WhoisGuard Protection for first year.

isnt there boycotts against godaddy over them shooting an elephant? as well, isnt there a boycott against them as they did, and possibly will again support sopa? Isnt there also a problems on godaddy based on their upselling tactics to the point where godaddy members are leaving over it?

go with namecheap.com Domain names without the constant dramas.

I have many domains with Namecheap for the simple reason that not only do they offer free WhoIsGuard Protection for the first year, but if you have more than 50 domains registered with them, you only pay $.99 for WhoIsGuard renewals, as well as receiving discounted domain renewal rates.

But I also have a lot of domains registered through GoDaddy because I purchase domains from their auction site, as well as register new domains there when they offer good discount coupons.

There is no perfect thing on this IM. But goDaddy is older and reputed. Though I would support Namecheap. Less claim and neat support.

Both are very good companies. When I first got started I purchased many domain names from Godaddy and everything was fine until I decided to use their hosting and ended up catching malaware!

I asked for help and they just send me a link to some page with information. Then of course I switched to hostgator hosting and ended up fixing the problem.

I lost respect for Godaddy and looked at Namecheap. One of the great benefits of Namecheap is that they give you a free privacy on your domain for the first year and only 1 dollar for the following years.

I think this is pretty awesome if you want to hide your whois details and keep them private.

In the end you choose the company to use but I see you are leaning towards Namecheap so that's pretty cool!

I'd choose Namecheap or Name.com. Godaddy has got very high price - while they provide many coupons - but to be honest I don't like 'em. They supported SOPA in 1st line.

And it was a huge negative bonus for Godaddy.

Godaddy is trustworthy brand in the domain selling industries, so I would like to suggest you to go with the godaddy.
