Hey i was just wondering, I had both, From what ir ember about hostgator it cost more than godaddy but it also allowed more freedom as far as script compatibility. Wondering what you guys think???

Hostgator is surely much better, more powerful servers, more flexible plans and friendly support...

The GoDaddy hosting control panel is VERY VERY slow. I would never recommend them.

Hostgator is an overseller so dont use them. But Godaddy is great for domains.

Sounds to me like people just have their favorites or are affiliate marketers. I feel as though this thread has added no true value

The thread really has no true value.

But what is priceless is that I think that everyone here loves there current host which means that whatever host you decide to go with will probably be good!
