Godaddy Name forwarding

I have a lot of little sites at Godaddy which are not very active. So I end up paying a small fee for hosting each one, which when added up seems like a monthly waste of money. I could consolidate them all into one domain, and the combined traffic would fit witihn the bandwaith limits. Then I could use Godaddy name forwarding to point the URL to a subdomain.

What is the possible side effects of losing position on Google?

Careful with GoDaddys forwarding- Their two options are slapping your destination page content into a frame on the original site (duplicate content?) or a 302 temp redirect. Just find another DNServer instead of Godaddy's so you can do a 301 perm. redirect.

Don't know. You might search for free DNS or the likes.
