I made a gift card for one person, and put his email on GoDaddy when buying: 1) First time I payed, he didn't get it, but PayPal took my money and said it was successfully buyed 2) I tried it again, and again the same problem, PayPal balanse decreased, GoDaddy tooked the money I spent $40 two times so I'm not so happy about it. Anyone know what shall I do? Thanks.
Put in a dispute to paypal "service not provided"... you'll be refunded. DO NOT select anything in the dispute center that denote a level of service quality - you will not get refund... Godaddy DID NOT provide the service... that's it!
Better you contact Godaddy through their phone numbers. I think their phone response are more quick solved action than mail response. Probably Godaddy didn't know the bug at their systems.
Contact godaddy first. They are a large and reputable company and should fix the problem immediately if you show them the transactions.
