    Have try to call them? I still cannot figure out why people use GoDaddy as a host.

    if you have adblock plus then who cares about the godaddy ads lol. They are a good free host.

    Why not? I've been with them for over 2 years with deluxe hosting, I can host unlimited sites for a low price, and this is the first problem (down for 10mins) I encountered in over a year.
