hi I am having major issues with godaddy a) my websites load very very slowly. b) even simple ftp commands like List comes out with the error Error: Disconnected from server Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing I cannot connect to the server using ftp a lot of times Error: Invalid hostname or host not found Error: Critical error Error: Could not connect to server I email godaddy and they respond with a automated response which says they will get back to me in 24 hours!!!!!!! I call the support (from india) the wait time is 30 minutes, i select sales my call gets picked in less then 5 mins. shetty
How do other sites load for you, it could be just one site that is draining the resources of the server that your on.

I would seriously consider switching hosting..GoDaddy is a great domain registrar, but a really lousy host...
I agree with the above poster on that one. Go daddy is a great domain name provider but hosting is not their forte.
