GoDaddy Help Please

  1. #1
    My domain expired on the 28th of July. It still says it's pending renewall or deletion. However the domain as gone from my renewall area in my account. How can I get my domain back?

    This should do the trick:

    To Unlock Expired Domains

    1. Log in to your Account Manager.
    2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
    3. From the Domains menu, select Recover Expired Domains.
    4. Using the checkboxes, select the domains you want to unlock.
    5. Click Locking.
    6. Clear the Lock domains checkbox.
    7. Click OK.

    But needed to pay Redemption fees - it's ~$80

    Try to buy this domain at auctions.godaddy.com, if it available on auction, and possible you can buy it for lower price then Redemption Fees. But try to buy domain from another account.

    once the domain expires then it go in to domain pool ..you can get it back if some one dont buy it .its easy to get it back u can see options in the my account.

    See if its already listed on TDNAM.com
    GoDaddy will put it there first before letting it go.
