Godaddy has locked my account (How I can get back quick)

    I email to support they only tell me please wait. I has wait for a long time.
    How long they will give back and replacing order.

    Godaddy they locked my because need me to send government-issued valid photo identification -- I give it already before they ask me and i have confirm my account for 4 days before they locked me. I don't know why still locked me.

    + We were unable to verify purchase authorization with the listed payment method account holder.

    If you would like to request reinstatement of your order, please email our Fraud Department at ccinquiries @ godaddy.com. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will request the payment method account holder to provide the correct billing information as well as a viewable copy of his/her government-issued valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport.

    I would contact them. At this point that is all you can do. It sounds like some things were ordered and then a paypal reversal was done or something. Anyways, the only way you are getting out of this is to contact them and provide them with anything they ask for, ASAP

    hey, my GoDaddy account got locked by the verification office 30 minutes after purchasing a domain. I got the same message attached above.

    I logged into my account, followed the verification steps and sent them a scanned copy of my Government Issued Drivers License (scanning both Front and Rear) and restriction was removed in just 10minutes. I also got email confirmation to that effect. Hope this helps other GoDaddy users.
