Godaddy Domain Transfer: 5 Days Include Weekend?

Hello, this might be a weird question,
But I was wondering, I started the third step of Godaddy's domain name transfer on Friday. It said (step 3) it will take up to 5 days, and since it started on Friday, will the weekend count as 5 days (included?). I am very excited for the domain, so I was wondering if the 5 days starts Monday, or if it started Friday. Also, I am transferring into godaddy.

Before you flame, I did a google search and found nothing, I also called, but was on hold with a estimated time of 30 minutes (don't have time for that right now).

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

No flaming :) It's a decent question. The answer is NO. Only Mon-Fri counts... I would expect that the domain will be in your account either Thursday or Friday.

    Good luck!

the weekend counts in case of a transfer process..basically every registrar accepts the transfer request after 5 days..n its done automatically..so weekends do not come into the picture as no manual intervention is required..

Just be patient, once the ball has started rolling you would get update by automatic emails from GoDaddy.

5 days are not a problem for domain transfer. In general, this procedure can take 3-8 days to be completed.
