Are you on a virtual or dedicated somewhere?

For reseller or shared hosting, all I ever do is change the nameservers to point to the ones I was given and it isn't on that page at all. It is just a tab on the list of your domains page.

I am almost certain that if you go to your domain name control center and select custom nameservers and enter the new ones it will over write all those values for you.

If the hosting is with GD, select the default hosting namesevers and the same thing will happen.

I believe that panel is only used when you want to do something creative like host one place and send your mail another. In over 6 years of having sites I have never used that page you posted.
