I don't have any videos, but thanks for the offer. While I don't deal with videos, I have quite a bit of experience in trademark law and have dealt with a lot of DMCA complaints (as a filer). I know it sucks to lose a site, but it's not worth the legal fees (which can easily get into tens of thousands of dollars) - especially when this seems like a clear cases of infringement. Good luck.
Same for me here, no use for youtube, thanks for your offer though. Just remember, reply them politely nicely, follow the instructions and tell them in black and white (or at least email) that you have done so. They are dealing with lots of cases as you, they do not have any specific cause to create additional problems for you nor do they have any incentives (you aren't a big MNC with tons of cash in reserves or a huge web sites with millions of hits) unless you give them reasons to. They are just doing their job, thats it. And Best of Luck!
