    Personally I like Godaddy. Godaddy has more promos that come up from time to time that can save a bunch of cash.

    Pretty helpful thread. I was about to get my domain at GoDaddy because it seems like the popular choice. Many of the other sites that people are recommending I didn't even know about. Time to do some comparison shopping. :)

    I used Name.com before because they gave free private whois, not sure if they still offer it.
