Godaddy.com PROB :(

    I have pushed 2 Domain names(godaddy) to a person who is a godaddy user too.But i have recieved those pushed from my friend before 60 days of PUSHING the domain to my friend.
    Will i get SUED for pushing the domains to a person within GODADDY??i know that changing registrar within 60 days is against TOS ..

    No. You are not breaking their terms of service because it is a push being done within GoDaddy. And even if you try to change the registrar within 60 days, you wouldn't be able to do it due to the nature of GoDaddy's setup.

    I don't think this would fall under legal issues either.

    No one is going to sue you over a push - the 60 day period is for transfers to another registrar.

    :d:d thanks a lot to u GUYS...i got a PM from a FUCK*R telling me that i will be sued over 34567.87$ for pushing it....I love DP....

    also you should be suspicious about the number that you got on pm

    ii mean 34567.87 looks like he was pressing the numbers on his keyboards one after the other.....

    It may be against regulation which you may get penalized for, but it was like you forwarded it out.
