    How much type in traffic do you get to your domains? If the answer is "none", that is how much money you can expect to make.

    Agreed. Without type-in traffic, you won't even make enough to cover the cost of annual domain name registration.

    Dont know much about GD parking. I like above.com. Easy to switch between multiple parking provides using above's nameservers only. You may want to give them a try so you can easily compare results amongst various services
