GoDaddy - Can we cancel an order?

I tried to transfer one of my domains to Godaddy.com

However, the current registrar didn't allow it as the domain is within 30 days of expiry?

Can I cancel the order that I placed with Godaddy.com?

    and how?

You already enter the authorized code?
If not then,if you do not enter the code within 7 day, then transfer process will be automatic cancel by itself.

Yes you have nothing to worry about in this situation.

As for refunds on registrations, well I had wrongly ordered a name once and Godaddy refunded my money but that was when tasting was allowed, not sure if they still could do that?

refund is the sense, the godaddy account will have the balance right? or they pay back to paypal or something like that?

You might have received mail from the registrar asking your approval for the transfer, you just need to decline the transfer approval link..

Not support team. I suppose that is issue related to the billing so you will need to send that to the billing department ;)
