    Hello
I have set up my blog on godaddy.com with the basic software they provide.

When you post to this page they place their own ads on your blog. Do I earn anything from these ads or is this part of the conditions of use?

Also, If I switch to Wordpress, can I then sell my own advertising?

Still very new to this so appreciate the guidance!

    Cheers

If you want the ads removed you need to upgrade to paid version of Quick Blogcast. They place their own ads on the free version and you won't see a dime from them.

Your best bet is to install WordPress and monetize it with your own ads. Not only will you make money but WordPress offers you much more flexibility.

    THanks for the advice,

I have set up my hosting with godaddy but now have an issue. When I try and load WordPress through the application add on section, it says that it is not compatible with my hosting plan.

I am using the free hosting account, do I need to upgrade in order to install WordPress???

    Sorry for all the questions!
