I have some Godaddy Backordering Doubts!

I know pool.com/snapname.com/namejet.com are best backordering service.

but since Godaddy is cheap in backordering I am just prefering this!!

I have placed a backorder on 7 domains!! 18.99$ each

Afte placing backorder I went to my paypal account and checked ! The money was not taken and also the domain was not in my account I tried two to three times but same result!!

Anybody pls help me!! Am I backordering in Right way?? or how should I do it?

Backordering is for a domain that may or may not become available in the future. There is no guarantee that godaddy will acquire the domain. If you really want a domain, use snap or pool (or both, since you only pay if they are successful). Godaddy is usually only successful if no one really wants the domain.

I think godaddy is different. You get charged, but if they they don't get the domain, you can try with another one. You should check with them to be sure.

sometimes i've found godaddy showing even the available domain names as unavailable and putting them under backordering on higher price. so better first check them on whois lookup on some other site

Correct, Godaddy will charge you and definitely take your domain without considering they get the domain or not. If they don't get it you are given a credit to try backordering other domain. Most drop domain grabbers like Pool only charge when they get the domain. Also Godaddy is considered among the weakest backorder service but they sometimes can be quite useful. I remember the case of ubuy.com ..lol.. :D Cheerio

    Don't worry.
GD will take your money from your paypal later.
GD charged the money after you do the backordering.
While for the after you BO,the domain still did not show up at your account is due to you're not own the domain yet.
