Ive just checked my e-mail and I got one sayin "for security reasons your account has been locked, contact customer services". So when I called the tech support line a guy asked me for my 4 digit "call in" PIN which I dont know and the only way I would find it is by being able to access my account in the 1st place! So the guy on the phone was unable to do anything for me! Is there anything I can do because im lost and have recently registerd a lot of domains with them.
Hi There! They can also access your information if you give them the last 4 digits of your credit card number. If they ask for you pin tell them that you have the last 4 digits of your cc number and you should be fine.
