My godaddy account just lock and their request me to call their customer service, which is almost impossible for me to do cause i live in the other side of the planet ...

I've had my account locked a few times (mostly because I forget my password and use too many tries). One quick call to their customer service desk and my account is unlocked instantly. It only takes a couple of minutes so I suggest giving them a call. Their support is 24/7 so you can call any time.
but problem is i don't know what is the problem cause my account lock ... few month back, i have another issue with godaddy cause someone use a gift card to purchase domain in my account and i request them to cancel the transaction cause is not my transaction Now they lock .... btw i din't do any purchasing lately
ohh, best thing would be to call them, or try writing them an email and explain why you can't call them.
Best you email to GoDaddy regarding it, if they don't respond just call their customer service center ..
