    I have a question.
If I transfer my domain to another person having account with Godaddy, will she need to pay for it?
Doesn't Godaddy charge anything from the receiver of the domain?

If it is within the same registrar then there is no charge for pushing the domain to another account. If you are transferring the domain from lets say GoDaddy to Moniker then or vice-versa then there would be a charge from the new company receiving the domain. That domain cannot be transferred for 60 days as poster above put.

I would suggest you contact godaddy support for anything to pay attention to.
