Godaddy: 500 Error - Web Site is Temporarily Unavailable

    Godaddy hosting site is not opening. It shows 500 Error - Web Site is Temporarily Unavailable.

    This error comes up whenever your site is being visited by many people.. godaddy limits the users in shared hosting

    I think this is my local issue because Godaddy is opening from proxy

    hi i am also getting the similar error in too many sites. seems some big host #@#$$% up. or is it something on my side :(

    btw, godaddy seems fine at my end.

    On 7.13.2010, whatever sites I opened, all showed the errors like
    '500 Error - Web Site is Temporarily Unavailable
    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.'
    The list of sites include istockphoto.com, articlebin.com, easyarticles.com, onewaytextlink.com and too many other sites.
    Each time, the URL is shown like: http://www.XYZ.com/pages/error/error500.htm
    Does anybody has any solution to this?

    yes..same happened to my sites too :( ...but they are not hosted with godaddy
