Yeah As you see mentioned in Bible! (didn't know it) and in Torah but not in Quran. It's particular that Jews and Christian haven't done such primitive punishment but we Muslim do it!

And as mentioned before "consensus" is a proof, it's evidence that cannot be rejected, the evidence:

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "My Ummah (Nation) will not unite upon error".

And because this is a matter agreed upon by the early Muslims, it is not an "error" and therefore the later Muslims cannot oppose it, because agreement has already been reached. It is binding for all Muslims to accept.

And there are rulings, regulations and details to all (stoning and lashing) of this.

If anyone wants to avoid these punishments in an Islamic State then don't fornicate, it's that simple.

Israel, since you seem to think a consensus allows you to change the words of the Qu'ran, and that consensus does not need to include the Muslim population, I have an idea for you. Why don't you and your stone age loving pals come to a consensus to change your laws back to the original text of the Qu'ran.
