that is curious, you can always ponder about how it was all created. science backs up further and says random particles came together and then a bang occurred. then who created those particles? religion says God created it all, but who created God?
I ponder over even bigger things - Like what is the smallest particle, the base particle.. In my religion, everyone worships the smallest particle in the universe and call it God!
did energy create matter or did matter create energy? if one created the other, what create the creating matter or energy? yes, matter stores energy if energy cannot be created or destroyed, how did it come into existence? isn't there a quote, "in the beginning there was light" what created the light?
When you say 3 headed clown monster you are going into more detail which requires some kind of proof, we both know you don't have it. Nothing can trigger itself, but you may take this belief if you want, you will be laughed at. The same way we laugh at this: "Everything that has come into existence was brought into existence by something else. God did not come into existence, therefore He has no creator. Yes I don't care How God did it, it's not important for me, do I want to copy God in how he created the universe or something why should know How he did it. It seems you are not interested in God at all, you are interested in how He creates things. Anyway my job is done here. In summary you can choose to believe in: - God created the universe - The universe created itself out of itself, a simple paper-clip cannot create itself, but the universe, it can! - There was nothing, then nothing happened to nothing, then this nothing exploded magically for no reason, and this huge explosion created everything for no reason The good thing is that the vast majority of human beings believe in God, except for a tiny minority who are either ignorant, deluded or deliberately lying to themselves.
Life and the Universe are two different subjects. The Big Bang is material within the universe, Planetary - Physiological forms (Garden) however "Reproduce" themselves from within the same universe as the Big Bang but their origin is not a product of the Big Bang and is a transgression from material objects. i.e. rocks think differently (not at all) than physiological forms. What the religion says is God is the one "responsible" for life and the persuasion of life is the responsibility of each individual and if they wish to reach the Outerworld of the Everlasting they must follow the proper rules or they will perish.
Like the proof you have for the existence of God.. I'm still waiting for it.. Yes, I'm more interested in knowing how the magic was done.. I don't care if it was God or a Puppy Man. 'How' is way more important than 'what'.. But you are not even interested in knowing what.. because you already believe in a fairtale... But again, whatever works for you mate. If you need an imaginary friend to live your life, I'm not gonna judge you... As far as I'm concerned, I choose not to 'Believe' in any of these.. You are free to believe in anything.. Ohh wait, you already do. You believe - - Nothing creates nothing - Something creates something - And then there came the god out of nowhere, ohh no wait, he was always there, and he created the whole thing out of nowhere, or something like that.. or whatever.. The sad thing is that the vast majority of human are Gullible and can't take proper decisions. Only a tiny minority has an IQ over 110. That explains a lot.. Yeah, like these people -
There are countless more explanations than that. What if what we see as a current Universe is just one of the stages of the normal development of universes? What if there are trillions of trillions of other universes at different stages of development? What if there are trillions of trillions of "gods" who are creating these universes? What if its not for you, a lowly ape, to know anything about this? Ever thought of teaching calculus to your cat? And what if there is indeed a white man with the beard sitting on the cloud, who created THIS Universe, how in the world it would be related to your bloody Koran? Why would he give a shit whether you eat pork or not, whether you mutilated your penis or not? What, he got no other divine business than to look at your penis?
Yes, a general requirement for freemasonry is to believe in a supreme being, which is left open for interpretation to the candidate. But whether Mark Twain really believed in 'a' God, no one else but Twain himself could say any better. He said, among many other things - Doesn't sound like coming from a man, who really believed in 'a' God, does it?
Right, which is why I wonder whether or not he believed in a god at the time when he joined the order.
If he believed in a God, considering how much vocal he was, he would have said it out loud.. It wasn't his last moments that we assume he had a 'change of heart'... Plus, how one interprets a 'supreme being' solely depends on the person.. Does the supreme being has to be a conscious entity as deists make it out to be?
I'm not sure. But in the masonic logo the G stands for God, so regardless of how he may have believed, the quotes he stated contradict his association with freemasonry.
May be.. I'm an atheist, but I worked for a welfare organization that's backed and funded by a religious group. Is it contradictory? I don't think so.. PS: I even got into arguments with some other volunteers few times over religious beliefs. Funnily enough I noted, few of them were doing welfare jobs because they believed it will land them in heaven. They were doing it for the golden ticket to heaven. I was even asked once by one of them that If I didn't believe in God and heaven, why was I doing it. And I didn't know what to reply. The thought that someone can do social works simply because he believes in doing some good deed for society, without any expectation of promised fairyland, never occurred to them. And it's common, even here on the forums someone said, if one doesn't believe in God, why not kill for profit. What would you call it?
I call it a form of mindcontrol. First tell people they are inherently bad and then give them a solution.
We do, and I'd probably call it an abattoir as they kill for profit, every single day. I wonder if all abattoir owners are atheists or are indeed religious in the slightest. Does their rules say do not kill "people" or simply do not kill, or, should we mess with our God by saying "kill" means "murder" instead?
If i Deny the truth Microsoft created windows os..and starts to say..it created automatically .what u say?...is it a nonsense ?..yes..
