That's quite the pill to swallow just to get paid myspace, I'm too cheap I would just wait it out....ohh btw, my day job is a postal worker in Canada so I know what you mean.:)
But I would assume that it would only take 1-2 weks tops..it takes more than that i assume?

Wow! They adjusted almost 35% of your total account. That sucks.

If they are invalid clicks, it doesn't suck at all.
Advertisers will welcome this with open arms.

I really do not think that was a very smart move on your part. You should be greatfull that your account did not get banned :) You will get a cookie cutter reply that they protect the quality of the ads and the investment made by the advertisers :)

Isn't this what Chitika was doing with the adjustment of payements, except they were adjusting to take away 100% of your earnings:rolleyes:

Do you feel you should be paid for invalid clicks?

Anyway, given the choice, I'll take a cut in my check over getting banned any day.

I don't seem to have an adjustment for invalid clicks under my payment section. Nice to see they don't ban people now though.

No one knows that for sure. So far, I've only seen one person reporting they saw this change. I don't think we know what this means yet. I need to hear some more reports of this before I'm ready to say it's a done deal (but it would be nice if it is true).

    Indeed. Reminds me of Chitika.

OP look on the bright side, invalid click adjustment is much better than a permanent lifetime BAN.

MySpace did you email adsense at one time telling them that you think you may be getting invalid clicks? I had never seen this before but I emailed them once about invalid clicks and I got a response back and they said that they would adjust it at the end of the month and it would show on my adsense account. They then asked me if I wanted them to do this each month to protect my account or just when I notified them that something was wrong....I told them to go ahead and do it each month. :) As I don't want to get banned :)

Are you trying to pull one over us here? Is this real or photoshping? Anyway, if its real, I think it will good for advertisers and good for adsense as a whole because it shows that Google is very active in fighting click fraud.

    First
How you want God to help you?

and secondly i think it may be because you are good publisher in book of adsense but some other person had tried to generate invalid click and now adsense has realized and subtracted the amount.

But interesting thing is that why adsense has realized it late ...

Better to get "adjusted" then to get "banned". ;)

I was using goog's adwords on another site of mine (I got like 200 worth of advertising for 5 bucks) But I was tracking it and i found lots of double clicks. I contacted google about it and they sent me a cookie cutter respose that they will check into it. I never got any credits to my account? Im wondering if they took it from the adsense person?????

You better thank them, for they didn't suspend your account. I heard all the time that invalid clicks mean only one thing: suspension. I applaud if there's adjustment rather than instant suspension.

I thinks it's better to adjust for invalid clicks than to be banned...I'm going to post this elsewhere and see if it happened to someone else
